Are your styling services available to everyone of all ages and sizes?
Everyone is invited to use my styling services. Shopping destinations are tailored specifically to the customer and their personal requirements.

What are your hours of business?
Personal Styling appointments are available seven days a week between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and between 12pm and 6pm on Sundays. Appointments are subject to availability.

Is there a minimum spend policy when using your service?
No minimum spend is required for Personal Styling or Virtual Styling experiences and the customer is under no obligation to purchase any items. Please note styling fees will be incurred irrespective of whether any purchases are made.

Where will my style consultation take place?
All clients are entitled to a complimentary style consultation prior to their first styling appointment. Consultations will take place at a convenient central location and typically last between 30-45 minutes. The client is under no obligation to book any future styling experiences following the consultation.

Who pays for the goods in store and what happens if any items are unsuitable following purchase?
It is the customer’s responsibility to settle payment for any goods selected as well as additional services such as alterations, postage and delivery. Should the customer wish to return any items they may be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with the retailer’s returns policy and their statutory rights.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
Personal Styling fees can be paid either by cash payment at the time of the appointment or by direct bank transfer within seven days, following receipt of invoice. Virtual Styling fees can be paid online securely via PayPal.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice in the event of having to cancel your Personal Styling appointment.

Will I incur any travel costs during my appointment?
It is the client’s responsibility to pay for their own travel expenses and those of the Stylist, if incurred during an appointment. For appointments outside of London, the journey time incurred will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour. A mileage fee of 45p per mile will be payable for journeys made by car when travelling outside of London.
